Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 14 days to UK mainland only. Some of our pots and plants are large and heavy and will require an additional carriage cost. We will contact you to advise you of this cost. We will not debit your account until we have despatched your order.

For all plant orders we will provide care and planting instructions. If any care instructions apply to the upkeep of a particular pot material we will also furnish you with instructions.

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back to us, receive an exchange, credit note or full refund. Please return the item(s) unused in the original or similar package within 14 working days. Please enclose your delivery note or invoice to help us process your return.
